1. Non-Hosting & Content Disclaimer

InstaPro operates exclusively as an automated real-time parsing engine. We do not host, store, archive, or re-transmit any media files (videos, photos, or audio) on our web servers. All media URLs generated by our service point directly to original public CDN endpoints provided by Instagram.

2. Copyright Ownership

All trademarks, registered logos, photos, and video media appearing on Instagram belong strictly to their respective owners and copyright holders. InstaPro does not claim any ownership rights over media processed through our platform.

3. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any content parsed or linked via InstaPro infringes upon your copyright rights, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., original Instagram URL or copyright registration number).
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.

• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
